1. **Pricing and Categories**:
- Metal Cases: Given Below (inclusive standard packaging).
- Glass Covers: Given Below (inclusive standard packaging).
- Special packaging requests will incur additional charges.
2. **Order Dispatch**:
- Orders received before 10 AM will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 10 AM will be processed the next business day.
3. **Shipping Labels**:
- The client is responsible for providing a valid shipping label for each order.
- Incorrect or incomplete labels may result in delays or non-fulfillment.
4. **Packaging**:
- Standard packaging is included in the price.
- Customized or branded packaging options are available at an extra cost, which will be determined based on your requirements.
5. **Return and Refund Policy**:
- Since we operate under a dropshipping model, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Any claims for damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery, with photographic proof.
6. **Cancellation and Changes**:
- Order no cancellations or modifications after placing the order.
- Orders already processed cannot be canceled or changed.
7. **Liability**:
- We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping services.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, or natural disasters, dispatch times may be affected.
8. **Payment Terms
- Full Package payment is required to start drpshipping.
- Special packaging costs, if applicable, will be billed separately.
9. **Service Availability**:
- Our dropshipping services are available across India.
- International shipping is not included under standard terms and may require additional discussions and cost adjustments.
